How come All of your Software Products' Prices are so low and affordable? |

A: |
We changed the deal into a form of a subscription rather than outright sale of our products. We require our clients to subscribe to our Software License Subscription (SLS) Plan after deciding to use any of our products. We know that with this payment scheme we are able to provide our products to more clients because of a very low initial investment cost to implement a computerized accounting system. |

What is the Software License Subscription or SLS Plan? |

A: |
The Software License Subscription Plan is our subscription scheme for each of our Cooperative Clients which is payable on an Annual basis and is also renewable depending on the decision of our client whether they want to continue using our products. The subscription is currently priced at Five Hundred Pesos (PHP 500.00) only per month but subscription is paid in advanced for the 12 month period. |

How do you provide your support to your customers? |

A: |
We provide our customer support in the following ways: |
| |

- Direct calls to any of our telephone lines available for immediate assistance
- SMS or text messages for additional way of support
- E-Mail communication which is always available to report issues
- Direct PC to PC connection using the telephone line to let us do a remote control on your computer to immediately fix problems or do remote software installation and updates.
- PC to PC connection using the Internet thru the Messenger Applications
- On-site technical service visits by our Systems Engineers
- We also schedule our customers to visit our office if necessary

Is your Subscription Rate based on a per computer installation? |

No. Our SLS Subscription Rate is based on a Per Coop Client or Business to Business rate only. So that our clients may have unlimited number of computer installations without an increase on their subscription fees. For example, if the first Coop Client is using 3 computer installations and the second Coop Client is using 10 computer installations, they both pay the same subscription rate of PHP 500.00 a month. |

How can I order your Software Products? |
